Because items are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or no longer needed.
Damaged/defective/incorrect item:
Email info@warmgiftstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item + packaging. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
